The condominium division is the division that our firm concentrated most of its efforts since its conception. It is and has always been the back bone of our firm.
Whether our clients require a small repair, remediation/restoration work, an estimate on a bigger job or a bid on an engineered tender, our firm is dedicated to complete the required work on time and on budget.
We have built strong relationships with our clients over the years and continue to assist them in every aspect of construction as their main general contractor. Due to our extensive experience, we are able to understand the difference between the common elements and what is owner’s responsibility. Furthermore, because of our tradespeople and expert knowledge of the process of construction/repairs as well as our unique systems we are able to better serve our clients while representing them in the field in an educated and professional manner.
